Wanting to spend your wedding day surrounded by family, friends, and your closest loved ones? Exclusive use means that the Horn of Plenty is yours and yours only for your Big Day.

You will have sole use of our hotel and our 5 acres of gardens, which boast some of the most incredible views over the Tamar Valley.  This is the perfect backdrop to any bride and groom wanting to tie the knot in the countryside. You’ll also have the total attention of our entire team.

No need to worry

We know that planning a wedding with some venues can become a stressful task; which caterer do you choose from the recommended suppliers? Where will your bridal party stay?   What if you don't like the food and drink options on offer?  The questions and decisions can seem endless.

At the Horn of Plenty, we look after all the catering. Our award-winning restaurant team will make sure that your wedding reception is mouth-wateringly special.  With the help of our Head Chef you will create your own bespoke menu with a choice of options.

We also have 16 beautifully appointed bedrooms to accommodate your guests.

The unique views from our outdoor ceremonies come with views that create memories, and even if the weather isn’t perfect on the day, our gorgeous main ceremony room forms a gorgeous and romantic backdrop to say ‘I do’.

Once you get to the evening, your guests will be able to mingle inside the hotel and also flow onto the terraces and into the garden areas, making the perfect end to the day.

Arriving the night before

If you choose to have your ceremony here, we’d recommend that the bridal party arrives the night before.  You can then get ready in our bridal suite before saying your “I dos”, have your wedding reception, wedding breakfast and a fabulous after-party… before retiring to one of our sumptuous bedrooms … all without the need to travel.  This will give you more time to chat with friends and loved ones, and all the time you need to capture those happy moments on camera.

As the hotel is all yours until 11am the following morning, you will have the chance to reminisce with your guests over a leisurely breakfast. And if you want to wear matching or wedding PJs, that’s just fine by us!

Optional marquee

If you’re looking for more than 90 day guests, and/or more than 120 evening guests, you might want to consider a marquee. It’s also a great option for those wanting to “paint their own canvas”- it’s a big space for you to imprint your personality. Please ask us for further details!
