Vacancy - Chef de Partie 

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with a minimum 1 AA Rosette experience and minimum 4 years experience in a similar role.

You will work in a close knit team with guidance from the senior chefs to deliver honest quality food, made from scratch using locally sourced fresh ingredients for a 2 AA Rosette standard fine dining restaurant. Working with fresh produce, foraging, butchery and a mass of new techniques. Excellent opportunity to grow and learn new technical skills and styles.

Vacancy - Front of House

Role: To welcome guests, take orders, serve food. Be willing to go the "extra mile" to ensure every guest has an enjoyable experience.

Requirements: You must be aged 18 or over, as the role includes regular bar work.

We’re looking for candidates living local to Tavistock who are warm, friendly, outgoing and good with customers. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service, we would love to hear from you.

You need to be flexible and reliable. You will also need your own transport, as we are not on a bus route.

Previous experience in a similar environment desirable, however full training will be provided.

16-20+ hours per week, we're flexible. Must include weekends.

Vacancy - Housekeeper

As part of our close knit housekeeping team you will be responsible for keeping our 16 guest bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas cleaned to the highest standards. The role covers cleaning, dusting and changing beds. You will play an important part in the guest experience and enjoyment of this award winning hotel.

Experience is not necessary as full training will be given but attention to detail and pride in your work is a must.

Day shift, part time 16-20 hours per week starting at 9am, but can be flexible.

Your own transport is essential. We are located a couple of miles outside of Tavistock but there is no bus route.
