Twice baked goat’s cheese soufflé with marinated cherry tomatoes and a balsamic dressing

Crab crusted salmon on Provencal couscous and a saffron sauce

Roasted pigeon breast on a butternut squash and mushroom risotto and a red wine sauce

Main Course

Grilled seabass with King prawn tempura and a white wine and chive sauce

Pot-roasted pork tenderloin, braised red cabbage, potato and apple gratin,
black pepper cider sauce

Baked sweet potato, mushroom pinenut hash in Indian pastry
with a light curry sauce

Local pheasant with potato knish and a brandy cream sauce

Vanilla crème brûlée with mulled wine sorbet
